We had Otter.ai transcribe a 45-minute team meeting with 5 participants — a mix of native and non-native English speakers discussing a project timeline and budget allocation.

Result

Transcription captured the main discussion accurately. Speaker identification was correct for 4 of 5 speakers — it confused two speakers who had similar voices. The AI summary correctly identified 6 of 8 action items and 3 of 4 key decisions. It missed two action items that were phrased casually ("I'll look into that") rather than explicitly. Total time to review and correct the summary: 10 minutes vs an estimated 30 minutes of manual note-taking.
